LEGEND:
- Basic ( B) available and interested in instructing students using an industry-standard trainer aircraft. These instructors have the time, patience and skills necessary to get the student flying.
- Advanced (A) authorized to instruct with or about advanced aircraft such as tail-draggers, scale, aerobatics, etc. Instructors labeled as advanced may instruct on trainer aircraft also. Advanced instructors can help you fly basic pattern maneuvers, test fly your scale Mustang, or help you set up your computerized radio.
- Advanced Only- authorized to instruct with or about advanced aircraft such as tail-draggers, scale aerobatics, etc. Instructors labeled as advanced only may instruct on trainer aircraft also, but they do not have adequate time available to instruct basic students. Basic/Advanced- authorized and available to instruct on all aircraft types. These instructors not only have the skills to teach you aerobatics, but they also have the time to meet a new student every weekend.
- Ducted Fan (DF) Instructors with these labels have the interest and expertise to instruct on these unique types of airframes.
- Helicopter (H) Instructors with this label have the knowledge and expertise to instruct on helicopters.
