Indoor Flying at the Boo Williams Sportsplex
Flying is only permitted on certain announced days. IE: You can not go to the sportsplex on any given day and fly. For the latest flying schedule please check the event schedule or sign up for email alerts. Send an email to wssaltzg@vigyan.com and tell him you would like to be added to the email list.

Flying will be held in the Howard White Pavilion on the left side of the facility:
The below rates apply for flying inside the Sportsplex:
- 30-minutes – $3.00
- 1-Hour – $6.00
- 2- Hours – $10.00
- Full Event – $20.00
There is no charge for watching, cheering, or similar forms of audience participation.
Rules:
- Indoor flying is restricted to a maximum of 5-forward flying aircraft.
- Helicopters are restricted to 400 or smaller due to potential floor damage.
- Pilots must display a current AMA or Park Pilot membership.
- Tractor propellers must provide some form of floor protection.

Take I-64E
Take exit 261B for Hampton Roads Center Parkway E
Merge onto Hampton Roads Center Parkway and cross Armistead Avenue to enter the Boo Williams Sportsplex parking lot.
For people traveling from Suffolk, Chesapeake
Take I-664 North toward Newport News
Merge onto I-64 West via exit 1A on the Left toward Williamsburg/Richmond
Merge onto VA-134 N/MAGRUDER BLVD. via exit 262B toward NASA/Poquoson
Turn Right on Hardy Cash Drive
Turn Left on Coliseum Drive
Merge Right onto Hampton Roads Center Parkway and cross Armistead Avenue to enter the Boo Williams Sportsplex parking lot.
For people traveling from Norfolk, VA BEACH
Begin on I-64 West toward Hampton/Richmond
Merge onto VA-134 North/MAGRUDER BLVD via exit 262B toward NASA/Poquoson
Turn Right onto Hardy Cash Dr.
Turn Left onto Coliseum Drive
