You must be an AMA member, so if you are mailing this in, please attach a copy of your current AMA Membership Card. Join or renew your AMA membership online by clicking here.
If you are a new member, you will be issued a Novice Card, regardless of your past experience. Please see the club regulations regarding this policy. Once an Officer of the club or a designated instructor has flown with you and is certain of your skills and knowledge of the club flying policies, you will be issued an experienced pilot membership card.
Please contact Bruce Thompson (757-599-6811 | bethomp@verizon.net) if you are in a hurry to join and he may be able to arrange to meet you at the field to take your fees and issue your membership card.
NOTE: Novice members must have an instructor’s assistance to fly.

Note:
Military members who have been posted to the local area on temporary duty and desiring
to join our club for less than a year must meet the following requirements:
1. Be current members of the AMA.
2. Provide a copy of orders with length of duty hi-lighted.
3. Length of membership will correspond to assigned dates of duty for the
current year, truncated to the whole month (with a three month minimum membership).
4. Membership badges will have expiration date hi-lighted on the front of the badge.
5. Prorated dues will be $15 per month ($8 for the city, $7 for club dues).
